🥇 Youth Programs (Foil Only)
Ages 6–17 | Bilingual instruction available (English & Chinese)
Our youth programs are designed to guide students from their first steps in foil fencing to competitive performance. All classes focus exclusively on foil, and instruction is led by our professional coaching team, under the guidance of Head Coach Amanda Chen, a former member of the China National Fencing Team and national champion.
Y9 Foil Discovery
Ages: ~6–9
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00–11:00 AM
Focus: Introduction to foil fencing, basic footwork, safety, and fun games
U12 Development Team
Ages: ~9–11
Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 4:00–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00–11:00 AM
Focus: Foundation building, improved blade control, coordination, and discipline
U14 Performance Team
Ages: ~11–13
Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 5:00–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00–12:00 AM
Focus: Technical refinement, tactical understanding, in-house and regional competition prep
Cadet Competitive
Ages: ~13–17
Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 6:00–7:00 PM
Focus: Advanced drills, competitive strategies, tournament readiness, private coaching support available

Adult students are welcome to join our structured, enjoyable foil classes—ideal for beginners or those returning to fencing. Experienced coaches teach courses under the direction of our head coach to ensure consistency in teaching quality and progression.
Open Class (Beginner & Intermediate)
Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00–11:00 AM
Focus: - Fundamental footwork and bladework
- Tactical decision-making
- Fitness and coordination
- Friendly, low-pressure sparring
